Hotel is in good location near to train station and shopping area. We had a 訂房網站le room which is clean. However washroom ventilation fan not working also air conditioner not working, we told hotel but no technician fixing it. Hotel reception Miss Victoria was nice and offer us free breakfast as compensation.  It would be good if there is kettle in the room form boiling water.

It was a very comfortable stay for a family with child and dog. Room was cosy. Breakfast was very nice and nutritious . Downstairs table football for a small family game was also fun.

我能説這個酒店簡直太好了嘛！首先地理位置，從火車站出來左轉，步行6-10分鐘就到了，很好找的紅色牌子。進來就感覺到各種的前衞燈光，屏幕做的也好看。衞生間在樓下，竟然不需要房卡免費的。然後是前台旁邊還有免費的各種茶飲和咖啡可以帶走喝。前台服務也好，提醒一句，如果提前入住，要收30歐元哈。行李寄存也很方便。早餐超大枱子，蛋糕至少三種，還有炒時蔬，烤帶皮小土豆，煎蛋等。芝士和冷餐火腿種類也超級多，醃菜選擇也不少，酸奶就6種。日本人住這裡不少，也可以每天打掃衞生。比我之前在卡門住的鳥不拉屎的酒店強太多了，性價比真高

Hervorragendes Stadthotel in perfekter Nähe zur Innenstadt, zum Bahnhof sowie zum Deutschen Fußball-Museum! Wunderschöne, gemütlich eingerichtete Lobby und Bar. Außergewöhnliches, wunderbares, vielfältiges Frühstück bis 12:00 Uhr! Hier gibt es alles was das Herz begehrt! Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr schöne, saubere und gut ausgestattete Zimmer. Absolutes Wohlfühl-Hotel. Wir können dieses Haus besten Gewissens weiterempfehlen und haben hier als Familie (2 Erw. + 1 Kind) ein wunderbares Wochenende in Dortmund verbringen dürfen! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Weiter so!

Hotel liegt verkehrsmässig sehr gut, aber der Service am Empfang war sehr unprofessional. Ankunft war schon nach 3 Uhr nachmittags, aber Zimmer ist noch nicht fertig. Ich wollte ein ruhiges Zimmer, wurde mir ein Großbettzimmer gegeben, ohne zu berücksichtigen, dass ich ein getrenntes Zweibettzimmer bestellt habe, dann nochmals zum Empfang, wurde meine bestellte Zimmerkategorie runtergesetzt.

環境：離購物廣場很近，買點生活用品非常方便。環境也很乾凈，早飯也挺豐富！
